I ordered a plaid dress in yellows, browns, and blacks and got a solid navy dress trimmed in orange.

I have sent two messages via their website and two emails. I have not gotten a reply. I am very upset and it seems that customer service is not their priority. Upon visiting their website, I noticed that they removed the ability to chat with a customer service agent. Therefore, I was forced to leave messages which they seem to have no interest in returning.

I learned my lesson and will never order from Ericdress again.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of ericdress website from Ericdress. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $25 and wants Ericdress to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was receiving the wrong item. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
