Ordered two same items in August. Winter coat, black and dark green with a hat attached.

One was received in September. Thought it was strange that I only get one.. Got told the other one was coming in a day or two. The black one which I am glad in a way.

Contacted them through various communications such as emails, live chats, dispute, complaint online via their website and as soon as I mentioned refund, they have shut me down and have not returned my emails. This happened for three weeks.

Claims they have sent me two items and have not. Tried to tell me to go ask my local post office for it or to call back the next day to talk about it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
