Hi,I have checked your order and 2 of them have been shipped out by USSF on 14th and 17th, you could log in to your account to track it. Also, you could find the notification email in your email box.

I ordered a coat of the website ericdress.com and after expressing my concern about the size to the representative over the websites livechat feature and she proceeded to tell me it would fit fine. I assured her I am taller(gave her my height) and my arms were longer than normal.

again she assured me that it would fit just fine(in broken english)... Well she was dead wrong and after waiting about three weeks for my shipment they sent me an email saying they would CHARGE ME to ship it back!

do not ever use this scam of a company and report it to the better business bureau. I will never use this website again and will warn anybody not to use it.

I puchased the dress on march 26 2018 for my wedding on may 16. I reached out to customer service via email since they have no phone number. I have attached a portion of the email reply i recieved today April 25.Dear customer,

Sorry for your complaint. we can give you $50 refund as a small present, we sincerely hope you can kindly keep the dress since we made it for you specially.

As you know, it is really a hard work for us to make such a complicated dress with so little money in so short a time. Since we have spent so much money, energy, material as well as workmanship on it, hope you can kindly show us some understanding, thanks.

Considering you are a good customer to us and we also want to do more business with you in the future, We can assure you some nice discounts for further business, we really appreciate yourkind understanding. Thank you very much.

I lost over $157.00 on a dress that did not fit! And a veil that was sent to the wrong address and both items were paid throughout PAL. I have conversed via email on numerous times. They will not give me a refund!! It is very difficult to contact them! THEY ARE IN CHINA! They ask me why do I want to returned the merchandise...per their policy the returned date exceeds Any refunds. This has been going on since April it is now mid-May. My wedding was on May 5, which I never received. The dress has never been worn. It just did not look like the dress I initially ordered. I never wore it would not fit. Tags still on. The customer service is poorly managed and do not acknowledges customers issues. I had to purchased another veil in the United States to go with my wedding dress. According to the tracking it still in customs distribution, been dormant since March 26. They said they never received it. DO NOT use ERIC DRESS!! It’s a scam! Very poor customer service.

Horrible manufacturing ; impossible to reach customer care

The chat line is closed daily and I’m not able to get through my telephone. I received shoes from this company and they are horribly made.

The beads were falling off before I got them out of package.

Upon trying them on they are extremely uncomfortable and more beads continued to fall off as I walked in the house for a few minutes. I’d like my money back ASAP but I’m at a loss of who to contact ?

No refunds!! Lost over 100.00 dollars!!

I lost over over &100.00 on a dress that did not fit! They will not give me a refund!! It is very difficult to contact them! THEY ARE IN CHINA! They said they would give me a partial refund. This has been going on since February it is now mid-May. The dress has never been worn but they say they have no use for a used dress! I never wore it will not zip. Tags still on. It cost 53.00 to ship it back. They said they never received it. DO NOT use ERIC DRESS!! It’s a scam!

Wrong dress size sent & trouble with refund

I would like to summarize the issues that I am having with 2 transactions from ericdress.com:

2/7/18 - ordered dress in size 4:

I did not create an account on the ericdress.com website

I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase, but did receive a receipt from PayPal.

I emailed service@***.com with my concerns (no receipt, no confirmation or tracking information) and requested more information - did not receive, but did receive the dress.

The dress is too big

2/11/18 - ordered the same dress in size 2:

This time I created an account on the ericdress.com website

received an email confirmation, order number, etc.

They shipped (and I received) another size 4 dress. This dress is also too big. I have emailed service@***.com, but they insist that they sent at size 2, but that the dress is labelled incorrectly. I beg to differ as this dress is also too big.

I opened the dispute with PayPal in hopes to get ericdress to send me a size 2 dress

According to the return policy outlined here: https://www.ericdress.com/help/returning-replacement-refund-356.html#detail1 I should be able to ship the dresses back to Los Angeles, and after multiple emails asking for the CA address, and a ton of frustration, I have decided to ship the dresses back to China. I have yet to receive a refund. I have 2 open disputes with PayPal.

Don't do it!!!!

Before buying the dress I asked if I would be able to return it if it didn't fit and I was told yes. So I got the dress and it did not fit. I order a size larger just in case thinking I could take it up if it was to big.

Now that the dress doesn't fit I've been told I will not get a full refund. This information as not shared with me prior to giving them my money.

When I asked about how to return the dress they offered me a discount but I see no use in that if I can not get the dress zipped. The quality of the dress is poor also.

Don't buy anything from them and tell your friends too.

I knew I was in trouble when I was looking on their website and saw a picture of one of our new anchors as their models.

Returned dress a month ago today. Ericdress has not acknowledged receipt of returned item nor returned my refund.

When I purchased the dress, I did not know I was dealing with a Chinese company.

I will research the origin of any company I wish to deal with on the future. This has been a very disappointing experience and I had learned to be very cautious.

i have emailed them several times without a satisfactory result. Nice response stated they will contact me within 24 to 36 hours but no response after that. This has gone on for 2 to 3 weeks. I want my credit card refunded & to return dress.

ericdress.com offers resolution to my order I place on Dec. 20 for 4 products 2 orders: After sending in photos and several emails and posting my review here finally I got a response. I received a response email from ericdress.com they say they will refund the blouse...

Dec 20 I put in an order of 4 products. Blouse came.

Jan 3, with a stain, wrinkled like a rag. Boots- came Jan 4 pretend suede thin cheap material with gold buttons that are plastic and not sewn in. Some buttons were at the bottom of the box, others came off when taking the boots out of the box. Can't put them in...the end of the button is like a paper aluminum double tab that you press down to close only you can't get them back in to close them.

$40 down the drain. The leg parts of the boots are different lengths. The jacket I ordered as well is what they call being made for you...what a joke. And I chose the white color according to the picture and notice later that they had the word color as Black next to the White jacket and next to the Black picture they had the color word White.

I contacted them immediately to fix this...not sure what I will get as according to the order they have both black and white jackets on my order. Have chatted with them about this. They have corrected their website but didn't get an email about the correction and my order page looks like two are on order ...geesh Also on top of the website states get additional 10% off on 89.00 or more, my two orders equaled 180.00 at checkout & didn't get the discount and no place to put codes in. Sent them 3 emails immediately asking them to fix this and no response.

Still to this day...I have chatted, phoned and emailed and cannot get this resolved. Get a lot of repeating words of non responsibility from the chats...Save your self from this company.

Don't bother wasting your time which will be lengthy chatting, or your money which will be wasted on crap. I did order a hat for a gift and that was not bad except it had a piece of fabric which didn't belong there hanging from it...I guess it could be cut off.
