Ericdress - 100% Unsatisfaction
I purchased online a dress from www.ericdress.com on March 12, 2018, Price $137.96
On March 24, 2018 I wrote my email for a request of Cancel/Refund and sent it to service@***.com because I was exhausted to wait for the shipping times.
Ericdress.Com did not cancel my order or refund my money back, they insisted to ship out a dress on April 2, 2018 without my agreement.
On April 4, 2018 a rolling package arrived to my home. I opened it and I saw a dress. I right a way followed the returns policy of Ericdress.com and immediately I sent out my email for a request of Return/Refund to service@***.com Customer Service, I also please them to provide me a return address but they donโt give.
Today is Sunday, April 8, 2018 - WHY ERICDRESS.COM DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR POLICY?! WHY ERICDRESS.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEP BARGAINING THE REFUND AMOUNT WITH ME?! WHY ERICDRESS.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES TO PROVIDE ME A VALID RETURN ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH IโM THE ONE HAVE TO PAY FOR A SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN I CAN GET MY FULL REFUND BACK WITHOUT HASSLES?!
